Roche Ltd, Consulting Group announces acquisition of IMS Experts-Conseils

Montreal, September 12, 2008 – Roche Ltd, Consulting Group (Roche) announced today that it has finalized its acquisition of IMS Experts-Conseil (IMS). With offices in Trois-Rivières, Shawinigan and Montreal, IMS offers engineering consulting services in the industrial, energy, building technology, civil engineering and environmental sectors.

As part of the IMS acquisition, Roche is also acquiring the expertise of Pasquin-St-Jean Experts-Conseils inc., internationally renowned specialists in the field of building structures.

Mario W. Martel, president and chief executive officer of Roche Ltd, Consulting Group  is especially pleased with this acquisition given that it will strengthen Roche’s expertise in the industrial, infrastructure and building structures sectors.
