EdgerKraft Controller
The IMS EdgerKraft Controller is a modular measurement amplifier (MMV) designed for the high-precision processing of force measurement signals from IMS force transducers. The fully digital signal processing ensures high measurement accuracy, simple parameterisation and maximum flexibility.
The standard MMV has two input channels, which can be expanded to up to four channels if required. Analogue outputs (±20 mA, ±10 V) and, optionally, common fieldbus interfaces such as EtherCAT and Profinet are available for integration into automation and control systems.
Thanks to the integrated control unit with LCD display, digital configuration and optional PC software, the controller can be commissioned quickly and managed conveniently. Furthermore, it is ideally suited for the modernisation of existing plants, as existing IMS force transducers can continue to be used.

Easy integration and quick commissioning
The integrated LCD display with keypad enables quick and intuitive commissioning directly on site. As most systems are supplied pre-configured, the installation effort is reduced to a minimum.
The Windows software “EdgerKraft Controller (MMV) Configurator” is available as an option for convenient parameterisation and data analysis. It enables simple configuration, data storage and offline analysis of the measurement data. Individual device configurations can be provided ex works on request.
